Lydia Ndiba has been working in the HR field for several decades. She enjoys partnering with small to mid-sized firms, on their journey of growth by providing comprehensive, HR advisory and services taking away the grunt work associated with HR work, releases your time and energy so you can focus on what you enjoy most, growing your business.

Lydia’s experience spans a broad range of industries, from commercial industries to Non-Profits, a few of the organizations she worked for include Multinational (Nestle USA), Biotech Research (Evidera, previously called United BioSource Corporation), Government Contracting (Aegis, Tele solve Consulting), Non-Profits (LAYC and NAEYC), Trade Associations (NAEYC, NLADA),

This exposure to diverse industries has endowed Lydia with the unique ability to quickly grasp a business challenge and align it with the corresponding Human Capital solution, whether that is talent acquisition problem, or employee learning and development, culture and organizational design, benefits and compensation or compliance

Lydia currently serves as Board Member of youth Based- Nonprofit in Silver Spring, she volunteers on the Fundraising Committee, her role is collaborating with leadership and board members to help raise funds to run the non-profits.

She was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. She relocated to the US to pursue higher education. she graduated with an MPA with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Albany State University in Georgia. She obtained a bachelor’s degree from Moi University in Kenya BA (Sociology and Economics). She holds a certification in Professional for Human Resources Management (PHR).
