Melissa, an HR professional at heart and a client engagement pro at DanPhyls HR Solutions, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client retention and satisfaction, by building strong relationships, proactively addressing client’s project needs with a bias for document generation and reviews, while collaborating with other internal departments to design wholesome solutions.
Melissa has over 13 years of HR experience and over 20 years of experience in project Management, Administration and HRIS systems management.
Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University, and is certified in ADP and COBRA Management.
